DinerMagic Menu & Website Editing Service

 

At DinerMagic, we recognize that restaurant owners are extremely busy people, and many have had neither the time or the need to learn basic computer skills.  Even though DinerMagic is relatively easy to use, when compared to other programs, we recognize that it does take a small investment of time to learn, and it will require a basic understanding of how to use and operate a personal computer.


For those who prefer to outsource their webpage and menu design and maintenance, we offer an alternative to the expensive and time-consuming delays associated with traditional web design and menu design services.  DinerMagic offers editing and maintenance services for restaurant owners who recognize the value of the DinerMagic product, but would prefer to pay someone else to do the actual work. 


For new and existing DinerMagic customers, all you have to do is let us know what changes you want us to make on your DinerMagic menu or webpage.  We will do the rest.  You can send us the changes via email or fax.  Or you can markup one of your old menus with the changes you want and mail it to us.  Or you can telephone us with your changes. If you would like to add or change photos, you can send them to us via email or on a CD, along with your instructions of where to place them.

 

Changes are limited to an existing DinerMagic menu’s item name, description or price.  Longer descriptions or additional items may require layout changes to fit (alternatively, you can delete slow-selling items to make room for new ones).  If a minor layout change is required, there will be no extra charge.  If more extensive, we will quote you whatever additional amount to cover the layout design change.

Menu Edits

 

Changes to the menu will be applied to both your online and print menus.  Edits can be alphanumeric text or photo changes, deletions, or additions to any menu item (space permitting).


  • For periodic or infrequent changes, up to a dozen menu items (12 items) - $25 flat rate per change order.


  • For those who desire more frequent or regular changes or updates, such as for weekly or monthly specials, we can offer an unlimited number of changes with a monthly charge of $10 per month.


  • Changes will usually take place within a few hours.  If we receive your change order late in the day or after hours, it will become effective the next morning, weekends excepted.

 

 

 

Webpage Edits

 

Changes to your DinerMagic webpages can also be made.  Edits can be alphanumeric text or photo changes, deletions, or additions to any menu item. 

 

  • Changes that do not affect the existing layout of your webpage can be made for a $10 per page flat rate charge.

 

  • More extensive changes or additions that do require layout changes can be done on a quotation basis.  Give one of our layout designers a call.

 

  • Optional DinerMagic Webpages (Webcam, Jobs, Events, Twitter) are offered at $100 per page.   For custom webpages, give one of our layout designers a call.
