What tools do you offer in your Affiliate Toolbox?

Affiliate Login

Clicking on Affiliate Login will bring you to the page where you will enter your Affiliate ID and your password.   This will give you access to the Affiliate Toolbox page, which will display the following sub-menu:

Here you can upload your photo that will be displayed on your DinerMagic Affiliate Web Page.


Affiliate's Customer Sign-up

This is where you can sign-up your customers and ensure you receive credit.  You may enter your credit card info if you are prepaying, or your customer's, if they are paying.


Affiliate's Customer Sites and Status

Here you will see a status report of your customer's order.

Listed will be the Business Name, Sign-up Date, Status (live or In Development) and the Check List of items that you or your customer will need to provide our designers prior to our starting the actual design work.  You will want to monitor this list to ensure we receive the required information in a timely manner, so that there is no delay in completing your customer's order.  As we receive each item, we will check it off the list.  Only when we have received all of the items will your customer's order be scheduled for design.


Affiliate Commission Report

As each commission and residual is earned, you will see an entry in the Affiliate Commission Report, sorted by date.  Here you can keep track of how much you earn with the DinerMagic Affiliate Program.  Remember that commission payments are made on the first of each month, following the completion of your customer's project and receipt of their first monthly fee payment.


Edit/View My Account Info

Here you can  edit and update your Affiliate account information, including your credit card info.


Links and Banners

These are DinerMagic links and logos that you can add to your website that will allow your customer to link to the DinerMagic website.  You simply copy/paste the code into your emails or if you have your own (non-DinerMagic) website.  Embedded in the code is your Affiliate ID so that when they click on your banner or link, we can keep track of you, the Affiliate, if they choose to signup online at the DinerMagic website themselves.  This way you still get the sign-up credit, along with the commission & residual payments.


My Affiliate Web Page

When you are accepted as a DinerMagic Affiliate, you will be given your own web page that will contain your contact information and a means whereby your clients can also send you email messages.  You may put your link to your web page in your advertisements, business cards, etc.  The link will be in the format:  "www.dinermagic.com/affiliate/xyyyy" , where x is your first initial and yyyy is your last name.  Do not give out your password.  You will be able to upload your photo or an avatar which will appear on the upper-right hand corner.

Business Cards

Official DinerMagic Affiliate business cards will be ordered and mailed to you upon the completion of your first signup.  It will take about 2 weeks before you receive them.  There will be a shipping and handling charge of $15, which will be deducted from your account, but the initial set of cards will be given to you free of charge.

Affiliate Demo Website

Clicking on this brings you to our demo websites: the Wild Red's Steakhouse.  To gain access to the Admin Panel, you login using your Affiliate ID and the new MenuManage.com password that is emailed to you each day.  This is done for security purposes.  After you login to the Admin Panel, you will be able to try out or to show your customers all of the features of a standard DinerMagic website, along with its print menu capabilities.

Affiliate Registration

This is where the DinerMagic Affiliate Program is explained, along with the DinerMagic Affiliate Agreement.  Please take the time to read the terms and conditions.  Call or write to us if you have any questions at all.  After you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email and when you are accepted as a DinerMagic Affiliate, you will receive your Affiliate ID and password that will give you access to all of the Affilitate information and tools.
